In Bangkok, Daeng leads the Nang Loeng community, working tirelessly to address its challenges, including food insecurity. Scholars of Sustenance, a nonprofit, recovers surplus food from cafes, markets, and vendors across the city. Through SOS, Daeng helps bring much-needed meals to her neighborhood, turning excess into a vital lifeline.
